If a delivery is found to be different to what was ordered, you must inform sales@centralfasteners.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will arrange for collection of the item and dispatch the correct item at no cost once we are in receipt of the returned item and have inspected it. If it is required quickly, we can dispatch the correct item at the full price and provide the refund when we receive and inspect the returned item.
If a delivery is damaged on delivery or when the carton is opened, you must report this within 24 hours of receipt of delivery along with a photo of the damaged item to sales@centralfasteners.co.uk we will handle the issue as quickly as possible and provide a replacement item at no cost. We may arrange collection of the damaged item.
We will inform customers of any expected late deliveries, should you not receive the parcel within the expected scheduled delivery date contact sales@centralfasteners.co.uk as soon as possible so we can handle what the delay is. If the parcel has taken longer to arrive of around 5 working days than expected and no longer require the item, get in touch and we will arrange for collection and the refund once the goods have been returned and inspected.
If you decide that the item is not required and was delivered as ordered. There is a 14-day cooling off period where-bye the goods can be returned for a full refund for the item. This is providing the item is in a new condition and the item packaging is intact. A refund for the item will be provided on receipt and inspection of the returned items. If the item is not in a saleable condition, we will make contact and either offer to return the item back to you and you will need to pay for te cost of the carrier or arrange your own collection. We will only store the item on your behalf for 14 days of receipt. After-which we will dispose of the item. You will have to pay for the return deliver in which we can arrange if needed.
In the case of items such as boots or clothing where the item does not fit or is not suitable, we will arrange collection and provide the first replacement free of delivery charges. If there are differences in the replacement prices, we will either refund the difference or request a payment for the price difference. For this free service, we will need to be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The returned items must be in a new condition along with the packaging. We will only dispatch the replacement free of charge when we receive the returned item and inspected it. However, if the item is needed quickly, we will request full payment for the replacement and once the item is received and inspected we will refund the item and all the relevant delivery costs on the condition it’s in a new condition.
Its important that all manufacturer’s instructions are read and understood before using any product, tools, equipment, PPE, clothing, or chemicals and have any specification and MSD sheets at hand (Available on request). Central Fasteners (Staffs) Limited are not advisors on how something is used and any information provided whether written or verbally is not contractually binding. The purchaser and user must satisfy themselves that they are trained and provided with any personal protection equipment when operating or using any item.
